A question for those in the know, I’ve had someone ask if nano can sync ecu, the rangie has been converted from auto to manual, manual ecu installed.
Don’t slate me if it needs other things, it’s something I’ve been asked about and admit to not knowing.

Sync in what way?

I'm sure Marty has come across problems before with ECUs and looms when interchanging between manual and autos, and in one scenario the engine will only rev to a certain speed.

In short, yes the Nanocom will be able to resync a different engine ECU to the BECM.

However, as Sloth says you would also need to change the BECM setting from Auto to Manual, and a load of looms etc would need to be swapped too, to allow for the manual box and clutch pedal etc.

But as far as the diagnostic side of things - yes, a Nanocom will do all that.
