I've bulk emailed a few places asking if they can repaint the generic Hurricanes to the Holland & Holland two-tone blue colour. All refused!

Am I missing something?

Although not a direct answer to your question, I always recommend you purchase another set of Hurricane wheels and get them refurbished in the H&H style. Then you've got the original set and a refurbished set just in case you are not happy with end results. You also won't be without a car for a week.

Did they give a reason for refusing ? i.e. can't do two-tone, or don't know what H&H is, etc. ?
