Looking for what to use to clean the walnut trim back to something shiny, I’ve seen 3 stage cleaners/ polishes on eBay, has anyone used them ?

For just day to day polishing, I use this

You can buy it pretty much anywhere.
If the lacquer finish is worn you're into a more involved repair- an ultra fine cutting compound followed by a waxing. Only if the lacquer layer is intact though- you're looking to polish the lacquer not cut through it.
If the lacquer is worn through, then you're going to be into serious veneer restoration!

Cheers mark, lacquer is just tired, so hopefully it will polish up ok, I’ll order the set I’ve seen on the bay, 2 levels of compound and polish,, should of done them a while back, but more interested in getting it running nice before cosmetics,,

Found the 3 stage cleaner, polish, wax , I bought when I first got the car, used the cleaner and it has brought the trim up pretty good, will polish and wax when it isn’t raining. Certainly looking better 😁
