Hello, need to change the heater matrix. Is this possible without a full strip out of the dash as I am moving in a few weeks time.

You can cut one of the braces under the dash and take the upper steering column off and it will come out then. I took the dash out to do one and the heater matrix doesn't need to be removed completely, just twisted to one side.

you could just by pass it until you have time to do it, either way .

I did consider that have also got the windscreen to get replaced. If I don’t do it now it will probably be two or three years after I restore the new house. 🙂

New matrix turned up damaged so will have to fit a bypass for now.
