I can cross the window regulator off the wish-to-do list. The crunch when opening the window the other day was the mech slicing through the black wire on the latch! It was only this morning I realised C/L, door ajar and boot weren't working. I wonder who the last person was to work on the latch and not secure the wires properly (ahem- shamefaced)?

That would do it. I don't want it spraying with modern 2k crap, basecoat and lacquer is the only way to do it. That's all my man ever does and the finish he can get is amazing.......
