Normally I just let things go, but this seller on flea bay has p*^%#+d me off,
I bought a engine , was to be with me within 7 days latest, a week goes by nothing, so I call them, told it's on its way, be with me Tuesday, so I'm waiting round Tuesday, nothing arrives, call them Wednesday morning, apologies and such crap, there was a problem, be with you Friday, surprise surprise it didn't arrive, now it seems they won't answer phone to me, eventually I get through and tear them a new arse on Monday afternoon, it will be with me 100% Wednesday morning,, luckily I didn't hold my breath, it didn't arrive, now I'm steam out my ears mad, and I let them know, excuse this time, oil contamination during transit,, they promised for the Friday first thing, with my postage costs back as compensation .. it arrived late Friday afternoon, 20 days after I purchased and paid. still waiting for my refund of postage, ( it won't happen ) then checked there feedback, seems even though there 4x4 breakers, which many give a great service, this lot are compulsive liars,, long and short is I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with these morons unless your in no hurry and like spending time on the phone

There name is elr-01594834824, luckily I've refreshed the engine before installing in customers car, you don't mind if you know where you stand, but every call I think they lied, whenever I asked for a tracking number, reply was we're waiting for it,, errmm it's issued when you book to send...

So a bit more digging, there name was no fear off road, from reading on other forums, these guys should be shut down, right dodgy little shites,,
Seems they like changing there name after getting dragged through the small claims courts,, but most DEFINITELY one to avoid
