just put a complete exhaust on my vogue 4.6 2000 and notice on the rear axel of side a black plastic pipe coming out of the axel and the other end just daggling there should this be attached to anything or is it a breather might of disturbed at doing exhaust just not noticed it before

I'm sure that this is just a breather pipe, check if it has a banjo fitting on the axle then it would most likely go up to the wheel arch area.

If that's the breather it should be stuffed up into the rear wheelarch somewhere out of the way.

Yea it was the breather the bracket had come off I just didn't remember seeing it before all sorted now many thanks to you all
