That's the connector from the ECU to the driver pack, not the one between the driver pack and the valve block. However, that is where you do the initial test for the driver pack.

enter image description here

Connect 12V to pins 12 and 13 (using a standard 6.3 mm spade terminal you can connect to both pins at once) and ground to pins 10 and 11. Then apply 12v to pins 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8. When you put power to any of them, you should hear the relevant solenoid click. As you have a reported problem on the Front Right, the most important one is pin 4. If the solenoid doesn't click when you put power onto pin 4, then you need to check the connection between the driver pack and the valve block. That's the pink wire on pin 8, check for weak tension on the connector.

refitted a new driver pack and tested all the solenoids all ok..

Only issue is she's still faulting, I do notice it is only when it rains and she hits a puddle!

Same stuck closed fault. .

Could it be Height sensor related?

Yes. If the ECU tells a corner to move and it doesn't see a change from the height sensor within a certain time, it assumes the valve is stuck rather than that it's getting duff information from the sensor.

Right,,

Thanks.

I'm looking online at some sensors, are they all the same for the front? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lopbinte-Height-Assembly-Suspension-ANR4686/dp/B08B5TB8V8/ref=sr_1_12?crid=JW5D28CG4TPI&dchild=1&keywords=range+rover+p38+air+suspension&qid=1602525119&sprefix=p38+sus%2Caps%2C170&sr=8-12

Are they the cheap ones that DavidAll bought that broke when he tried to fit them? Or the ones that dhallworth bought that had glitches throughout the travel? I'd go OE for anything that can give grief when hundreds of miles from home https://www.lrdirect.com/ANR4686-Front-Sensor-New-Rr-Air-Suspensio/

Just a query guys..

I've had three pumps on this car..

1 The pump I bought her with which had a white label on the motor housing

2 A POS Dunlop unit

3 My current pump which has a green/white label on it..

How many manufactures were there for the EAS pumps for the P38?

Anyone can stick a label on, the main difference you'll notice immediately is the OE pump was painted black while the Dunlop ones had the pump housing in unpainted alloy. Bits are interchangeable between the two types though.

Don't go cheap on the sensors strangee,
Get the dunlops, the rears are different to the fronts but can be used on either side. 👍
