Hi...still getting to grips with my P38 and on a long drive recently I discovered something else...when I press the buttons on the hevac controller, say to change the flow of air from feet to face nothing happens. By that I mean there is no noise of the flaps moving to change air flow...is this likely to be the unit itself or something else..it has the book symbol on the screen too ...

Any suggestions please...oh...the fans seem to work as air does come out just seems to be in a fixed position. Thanks Dave

Hi guys...I removed the subwoofer from my P38 and the rubbers have gone on each one. It's the standard HK but I can't find the output ? Any recommendations as to which speakers to buy ?? Thanks Dave

Thanks that's great...I think the first option is to plug it in and see what comes up on diagnostics...thanks again Dave

Thanks guys it's appreciated.. hopefully a kind member will help me out soon 😁

Hi I'm just a newbie but mine did some odd things like random error messages lights on etc..my battery was only 12 months old. I put a new big battery on and so far all good..hope that helps Dave

Hi I have recently purchased a 1998 4.6 ...neither the sunroof or trip computer work.

I have been told it is very likely they have been omitted from the BeCM as more than likely their is a sunroof fault. I intended to fix it and a new switch pack has failed to solve it. It does not flash up sunroof not set or similar so this would seem likely..

Dies anyone in the Manchester area have a nano Comms that could check...beer and crisps provided in payment...any takers please ?? Best wishes Dave

Hi I have a 1998 4.6 GEMs in which it appears the sunroof and trip computer have been omitted from the BeCM. The compiter doesn't work at all and the sunroof does power up. I have changed the switch panel to no effect. It does say Sunroof not set so it appears this is the likely option.

Does anyone have a Nano Comms diagnostic tool in the Manchester area who might be able to assist...volunteers gratefully appreciated..best wishes Dave
