A washer, PTFE tape and new nuts…. The arms are now secured…👍💪

I’ve had to change the Leak off pipes a few times.
Quality and internal hole diameter of the pipes can vary a lot.

I did buy a new arm but they don’t appear to have any splines on them..? Which I thought was a bit odd.

That’s worth a try… hopefully will get break in the weather to attacked it again🤞

I just finished putting it all back together after Tiger sealing pretty much everything to stop water ingress through the pollen filters.
Do you think a job lot of PTFE tape might provide enough grip? #Desperate 😆

Looks like the threads on wiper spindles have wore out and the wiper arm is not gripping despite tightening the nut…
Can you replace the spindle or does it have to be the whole linkage??

Yeah the diesel is a bit…. Relaxed when it comes to performance.

If it has an EGR valve, get it blanked off. Made a big difference on mine.
You can also look at a performance air filter and a bigger Intercooler should you wish.

FUEL GAUGE FAULT appeared every now then on mine a few months back. Turns outs the alternator was just about to give up.
New alternator, not seen since..

The blend motor was one part of todays jobs…
Some bulb needed replacing, a USB port thing in the ashtray and experimenting with an Android head unit.

All done.. but the ducting was a PITA.

I also found the glove has little gas strut… which fell apart but I wasn’t aware there was one.
And to add to the enjoyment… the matrix o rings appear to be giving notice!
