I suspect that the lpg was fitted around 60k miles looking at the history but have no way of confirming that.
It won't be doing much mileage now and I'm toying with whether to sell it on or do it up (she's a Tatty beast!)
Bit busy with work just now so won't be doing anything soon!

You'll be waiting a long time............

Ok, I have a shed ton of Dropbox space available and I have a lot of rr stuff in there but I don't want to end up having multiple copies of the same thing.
Just had a read of the post you linked and it looks like you might have most of what I have anyway.

Datatek has left too because of wammers.
I didn't have any issue with data, in fact it was sometimes quite amusing when the pair of them locked horns.
I was prepared to give LZ another shot after a while but reading my leaving post and the crap he's put on there makes me not want to go back.
I guess they will have to find someone else to host their repository of range rover info as I'm not leaving a live link to my Dropbox on a site I don't frequent.

He won't listen then he will just throw a load of abuse at you.
He certainly wouldn't understand code so you'd be flogging a dead horse.
Might be amusing though watching him try to squirm out of it! 😁 😁

My L322 had 90k on the clock and lpg fitted (without flashlube) and is now on 140k and still fine.
I think a lot of the scare stories about weak valve seats are down to a poor lpg install.
As to LZ, I'm taking a break for a while due to one member being obnoxious when called out for telling porkies. His stock insult is calling everyone "happy amateurs" what he doesn't get is that without happy amateurs, the site will quickly become irrelevant.
Forums, by their nature, are made up mainly of said HA and without them they would not exist.
I may go back at some point but even though I haven't posted for a week, he's still banging on about it so it looks less and less likely by the day.
Shane because there are some great people there and lots of excellent knowledge.

Didn't start with w did it?
How on earth did you guess that.
It's incredibly amusing watching them keeping my post alive and a guy who is much newer than me calling people "newbs"
Comedy gold! 😁 😁

I would suggest a compression check.
But first I would double check you haven't got two leads crossed over if you changed the coil packs.
Is there any "chuffing" when it's running? Just wondering if the original pop was a head gasket?

That was the main reason I went petrol was the chinesium gearbox.
I managed to grab a very early jag engined variant in the end. Infinitely superior to the BMW lump.

No, nothing at all wrong with oil burners.............. In a tractor!! 😁 😁 😁
No, actually, I think there is no nicer engine note than a nice 6pot doozle.
I've just driven up to Aberdeen in our new vw amarok v6 diesel and it's excellent. 😁 😁

Thanks for the welcomes. Yes, the p38 has gone but I still have views and information to offer hopefully.
The L322 is a proper one with 2 sensible fuel options and none of this forced air malarkey on it. 😁 😁

Hi all, hope you're well.

Got weary of being told to STFU by a certain member on another forum and Marty (amongst others) recommended this site.
I've just donated my old P38 to a member on the other site but I still have my L322 and want to keep my hand in.
Let's hope things are a bit less confrontational on here. 😁 😁
