Nice indeed ... rare find! For those who want one!

Talking about strange stuff, I've seen one door cards with the mid-speaker (the cloth grill one) surround in chrome (plastic). Unfortunately was not a complete set. Anyone has seen that at all?

Other weird things are the window blinds for rear doors and tailgate. I've seen couple cars for sale with the rear door ones, never the tailgate. We are talking obviously about impossible to find items.

Same as the load retention hooks in the luggage area. From the accessories' catalogue, they look suspiciously similar to the Free1 models ... luckily under the carpet the boot floor has threaded holes you can attach any form of bolt/shackle/hook arrangement.

More about mysterious stuff? :-)

You can get badges printed and encapsulated with a clear domed resin finish which I think would look very similar.

Match the fonts and do the art work yourself maybe?

There's a Vogue 50 one on ebay the guy wants 500 quid for !! It looks ugly anyway IMHO Dave, do you have any encapsulation recommendations?

This is the type of gel badge I mean:

I just googled it and there are quite a few places that do custom badges. Here are a couple I found:

On another forum (not a Rangerover forum) people get custom and re-production badges made.
Good for the 'concourse' scene but could adding a limited addition badge draw unwanted attention - Nothing to stop thieves nicking the badge and sticking it in on Ebay themselves, maybe even nick the car thinking not only is the badge worth a few quid but also other limited edition bits that'll be on/in the car?

Your average tealeaf isn't going to know the relevance of a Vogue SE badge or even how it is likely to differ from any other 20 year old Range Rover. With the difficulty that some owners have with the immobiliser and alarm system on a P38 even when they have the keys, I would think the chances of someone nicking one these days is pretty remote. They are too old to be nicked to be stripped for spares and too complicated to be nicked to ship over to Africa.

I want a Vogue SE badge as mine is missing one. I looked at getting one made and Orangebean said he'd got the measurements for it but never got around to sending me them.

I can't bring myself to spend £45 on a badge that looks battered though.

Amazing they ask that much for a gel badge..

Personally i think they should of used the "chrome" VOGUE badge and just plonked SE on the end! LOL

How's the VSE, you got the engine in yet?! "nudge nudge" lol
