Am I right in assuming that Tornado Systems is no longer operating? I have called numerous times, left 5 messages on their answering service, sent 4 emails in as many weeks and ....... crickets.

I certainly wouldn’t be purchasing anything off their web site as I doubt you will ever see it.

As far as I know they are still going but I do remember someone on the dark side had problems getting in touch but did eventually.

I had mine Tornado chipped around a week ago, she does go differently since the map, much like everything these days it is tuned from factory for emissions etc.

With the chip it does go better.

@StrangeRover can you be a little more specific on "goes better" please? Which engine and which fuel as well please.

It seems more eager to rev and seems slightly quicker, if she had a healthier cam in her i'd expect a much better performance gain..

She's no TVR though the perfomance gains on Tornados website seem quite tame,

Fuel economy is around 20 which is around 2 mpg better than stock on petrol that is.

Only two sales in the last 6 months and someone recently has not been able to contact him and given negative feedback.
Under the present crisis there may be a good reason for that.
Update. Just had another look at his Ebay score and while he has sold just two items in the past 6 months he has bought 3 items in the past month, so he is alive and kicking.

I know Mark quite well and have dealt with him a lot over the years.

He is still trading and is very busy, unfortunately, due to COVID he's running with only himself and no other staff so getting hold of him can sometimes be difficult.
