Too many people buying them to try out their culinary skills.

See https://rangerovers.pub/topic/1620-what-have-you-done-to-your-range-rover-today?page=1.0#pid23660 if that doesn't make sense......

On the pollen filters, been on to Euro. The 507670038 is correct which cross references to a Crosland C40235P but the ones they sent were Crosland C40353P with the 507670038 number hand written on the boxes. The C40353P are for a Lexus. My local branch don't have any in stock so they've given me a returns number and DHL will be picking them up tomorrow. The correct ones will arrive sometime.......

At least you got some lol. I'm still waiting :(

My local branch is one of the bigger ones so I was a bit surprised when I ordered them and the site said they weren't available for click and collect only delivery. When I spoke to them today they gave me a returns number and said I could take them into the local branch and swap them for the correct ones initially. Then the guy checked and my local branch has 1 in stock (which seems a bit odd as you fit them in pairs) so the courier will be collecting the wrong ones but no indication of when I'll get the right ones.

Still waiting for my pollen filters too... clearly they couldn't cope with the INSANE DEMAND generated by this mega-site :)

Or they've realised they've dropped a bollock by advertising pollen filters that are normally around £11 each at £8.50 for 4 and are hoping we all get bored and ask for the order to be cancelled and a refund.

No, I think you're underestimating the sheer power of the light side :)

Mine were picked up by the courier about 10:30 this morning so I doubt they've re-labelled them and sent them to you. That would be expect far too good service from DPD.....

Mine have arrived - probably the third time this set has been sent out to a P38 owner in error!
Crossland C40353P with a hand written label on the box saying 507607 038.
Bollox.

Second lot arrived friday. Same bloody filters again.
Had argument with them as they think I have ordered in error.

Taking them to local branch for refund.

I even found a guy on eBay selling the same ones as he got same as us.

Yup, there's others too (was me on eBay) - It's one of those parts that slightly seems too good to be true from a major shop, but they were priced right. A couple of people round here have ordered them and from description received the same wrong ones. Gave up on selling them, was good advice to go for a refund in store - cheers for that.

I forgot they aren't open afternoons (or my local one's not) on Saturdays. Gives me an excuse to get out of the office in the week.

Yeah, I think most close half day Saturday.
Took em back last night. No problem at all.
The guy in local branch is good

I think I'll just use eBay for pollen filters. Normally find something at reasonable cost. I refuse to pay £15 or thereabouts for 1 filter.

It's not bad for them, I've bought filters on eBay a couple of times. (Mind you, mislabelled Toyota/Lexus filters don't seem to shift). There's a few parts that are sometimes better value from eBay than the usual shops, suppose it depends on overheads as much as supply/demand.
