I've bought a 70mm and I' not really sure whether a 70mm can be used.

The idler I'm replacing is

Any ideas?

The idler below the AC compressor.

I can see in the parts book it should be Part No. PQR101070 which has been replaced by PQR101150, but both are 80mm, be a bit surprised if there was that much play in the system? Better to get the 80mm if you can I would have thought.

What's your problem? Everywhere is showing it as in stock, you can even have a genuine LR one for under £40? https://www.lrdirect.com/PQR101150-Pulley-Aux.-Drive/

I see the Britpart one has a two year warranty as opposed the the OE, one year. I’d be tempted by the OE part though.
