I've been trawling other lesser RR forums and they have threads didicated to Pics and i dawned on me that we should have a thread on 'ere dedicated to showing off our beauties.

After all I like looking at Range Rovers ;)

This pic was taken just after i got her, july'ish 2017.

And the same day after a good clean and polish.

She looks a tad worse for wear at the moment.

However i plan on giving her a strip down and full rebuild in the future.

Yes - a good idea - will look out one or two meanwhile here is a pretty girl called Tilly who loves to ride in the P38 - > Tilly Loves to Ride- (https://youtu.be/A3Ab9jbqKHk) You can see my interior is pretty scruffy ..............

It would seem this thread would be a good place to resurrect this one https://rangerovers.pub/topic/193-archives-and-posting-pictures-documents

I can see the ones in the first post fine but figured that as so many people seem to have trouble posting pics it would be worth a reminder on how to do it. I think there's been enough of mine on here anyway but here's another......

As the previous thread talks about Photobucket who now insist on money, I now use Imgur. If using that you select the picture and click on the Copy button next to Direct Link and paste that into the little box.

You guys seem to have some pretty smart P38's - I remember those days - 10 -15 years of Spain mountains -dust, heat, trackside bushes and dogs have not improved the looks !!
Can people see my Tilly Youtube film when put as a link earlier ?

Seems Chris needs a bit of instruction. If using Imgur you need to use the Direct Link (second one down) and if using an iPad you can copy and paste like this http://iosguides.net/how-to-copy-cut-and-paste-on-ipad/.

Tried to edit your post so the picture shows but it didn't work so I'm not sure which link you have used.

Tilly is visible by clicking the link. I'm wondering if there is a way of embedding the video clip into a post, I'll have to try playing a bit. You track looks similar, but much smoother, than the one up to my mates place in France, I'll use that to try embedding video from Youtube.

Your interior doesn't look too bad. The headlining is drooping but they all do after a while and the pillar trims are getting a bit manky. Easiest option for that is to clean the stuck on flocking off with either white spirit or hot soapy water. Leaves a clean shiny surface.

If I 'share' from my Youtube to an email address it sends a clickable picture. The only way I see to put it on here is to insert the URL which appears to work when clicked as you say. I use Imgur for pics - I don't think it takes video - but mine are already uploaded to Youtube and I'm not keen to have to upload them a second time. I can place a still pic of the video just as appears on the Youtube - using Imgur.

By the way - the headlining ! For a temporary solution which appears to work I have used some of those plastic press studs - the ones with a big flat head and a 'screw' type of body to hold the lining in place in key areas. You have to gently drill a suitable hole in the headlining plastic/cardboard - it is very soft - and press home the stud. I have to get more - they come in different colours - white is most likely but I only have black here - you may catch a glimpse of them in my Tilly vid . With my old classic I tried spraying photo mount glue through a small hole - it was a disaster - the headlining as you well know is made of absolute rubbish material not fit for anything .......

So I followed the link, which says to use the copy feature, tried that and got zilch,
I hate computers..
Asked one of the kids, they tried aswell, when I come to paste it here, I touch and hold, and nothing, it should say paste apparently !

On Imgur, you select the Direct Link option, Click on the Copy button which highlights the link, then you use the Copy feature on your iPad (or right click and select Copy on a proper computer) and copy the highlighted link. Simply hitting the Copy button doesn't, as the name suggests, actually copy the link, it just highlights it. Then in the forum you click the Add Image icon and use the Paste function (either on the iPad or right click and paste) to put that link into the box. Click OK and the picture should appear in your post.

On the iPad once you've pressed the copy button on Imgur and its highlighted, you should be able to long-press the highlighted text and copy etc should appear :) Repeat and paste should appear where necessary.
