Roight!

Chaps I have a removed my old Valveblock ready for a rebuild when the O rings come at the weekend.

Most of the pipes came out without fuss, however I did notice the Drive pack was an odd shade!

The area around the exhaust was black

The desiccant looks alright

Pipes look like they've been in and out a few times.

I've not touched it in 3yrs and neither has the previous owner or the chap before him, so it's been atleast 7 years + since it's last rebuild, if ever!

The block itself also has numbers scribbled on it, no idea if this signifies anything?

More to come later when it comes apart i'm sure!

Correction, pipes look like they've never been out. The grooves are where the O rings sit which is why RAVE says to trim 1mm off the end then chamfer with a pencil sharpener so the O rings bear on a smooth part of the pipe. Driver packs are always that colour.

That should be the color (dirty) of that silicon-resin where the electronics are, and which makes the driver pack not easy a rebuild ...
Numbers must have been scribbled when assembled, mine also has such ...

Numbers are typical of a wrecking yard. Part ID and location number.
