OB's probably now sat on the bump stops with the sunroof stuck open, all four windows down, and the heater blowing full cold at his feet...

That's cruel, Sloth .......... but funny

If only you knew a Range Rover enthusiast with a car trailer and towing experience... who could maybe undercut shiply by a couple quid in return for overnight accommodation...

That is why I asked how much it was costing .................. I fill the towing experience bit ....... have all the time in the world on my hands but no trailer. Would do it for petrol cost alone but from here to Chelmsford, down to Devon and then home is gonna be a lot of juice. Last time I towed a two horse box, I was getting around 9-10 mpg.

How much was it costing, OB?

So I'm looking at 2k, Simon?? Does that include everything .............. fuel tank and fitting of filler tube?

So, Simon, as a matter of interest .......... I'm looking at buying a new RR. Circumstances dictate I spend some money.
So as you're regarded as a LPG guru, if I get an 08/09 4.2 V8 S/C, is it possible to put that on LPG successfully and what price range would I be looking at?? Obviously, I would be wanting a top range system and the business would be yours.

Sigh. No new car today :(
Courier lost his back load so it's in limbo, on a trailer, locked in a warehouse- somewhere

Surely his backload isn't your problem??? Unless you've agreed a rate that relies on a backload.

It's starting to look beautiful ........... almost a shame to put it in and get it dirty lol

Come on!!! What have you done today??

Many many years ago, I was rebuilding an engine and had this problem. As I recall it was because the crank was out of true .......... I not only had to have the crank reground but it also fukked the new big end bearings too by trying to turn it.

Snow?? Where??

Don't want to worry you but the original rockers are cranked one way or another and fitted alternately. Those steel ones all look straight?......

Oh dear, I hope you're wrong.

I predict that has an oil leak!! Reading the MOT history, it has been flagged as an advisory twice for an oil leak over three years.

I've seen it and even given it a bit of a feeling up!

It is very pretty.

TMI, Sloth!!!

I'll tell you another reason this site is getting more hits. A lot of us UK based owners are getting fukked off with the mentality 'over the pond'. Keep getting told to read the Rave is not what casual readers want to hear. Most people that ask a question on here get a sensible answer and assistance. Rarely has anyone not been helped with advice.

If it is electrickery, Marty is your man. If it is that pesky EAS, then Gilbert is my hero lol

I know you all bang on about LPG but if you was to go to a specialist, what is the cost of having it professionally fitted?

I got a paintbrush if that's any use??

This was my previous one ..... the Pimpmobile

Oh fukk me, I did it lolol wasn't happening before.
