4 pin relay (yellow) will do the job. You'll need to replace the timer relay if you want 100% guaranteed diagnostics access though.
I've found that if you fit the 4 pin when the system is in balance (asleep, normal height on a level surface) it stops random jumping up when starting the car. Only based on a sample of 2 though.

Only thing is with IMGUR is that Vodafone firewall it. Not just on mobile devices, they also firewall it on their home broadband. I can't upload to it in anyway. The firewall isn't local either, I use my own router. I was able to upload once but dammed if I can remember where or how.

Changing your DNS in your router from Vodafones own to Open DNS or similar should get around their pesky censorship.

I take it you've read my pinned post titled:
Stiff door handles solved and painless?

There's a "fix" which can sometimes solve sticky flaps- basically screwing in a self-tapper into the main casing joint in the heater box.
As for the passenger blend motor, Robs suggestion will work. I've bought used stuff from Furness before and found it good quality.

Yes- it is

No pic Rob. Just a No Entry sign.

Bags stiffen a bit with age and Koni's are much harder in compression (even on softest setting) than OEM Boge. If you want the baggy air suspended ride, you can't beat Boges.
16" tyres have more sidewall and more flexibility than 18" tyres as well.
Have you checked the thermal switch in the compressor?

Drive faster!
Only time I've ever hit them has been with the wheels or axle. Faster you go, the less chance they have to get any height.
Either that or trade the Duchess in for a Holland and Holland :)

AFAIK there are no MAF translation tables for GEMS MAF. The one Clive refers to is Thor, which is a different type of sensor.
All the data available, which can be checked with Nano, is
Air mass flow at sea level - Engine fully warm, in neutral gear, with all loads off
At Idle 20 kg/hr ± 3 kg\hr ...............................................................................
At 2500 rev/min 61 kg\hr ± 3 kg\hr ................................................................

Only solution I found for the unavailability problem is to buy used Lucas/ Sagem ones, give them a thorough clean, measure MAF rates with Nano and bin the 75% that don't match up.

Bargain!
When I bought my VSE, it came with receipts for almost everything it had ever had spent on it
Around £25,000 (excluding purchase price(s) of course. :)

I'm blaming you for being a trendsetter yet again Gilbertd.
Gave mine its weekly glance around under the bonnet today and noticed green slime around the manifold to compressor joint. Aircon still works, but won't for much longer obviously!
Typical- it worked all through the winter, now warmer days are coming I have to de-gas it and repair the bloody O rings.

Oatmeal.
Didn't break any clips on mine...

From a quick scan across the app, it looks like Morrisons are the only places in the SW to have any.

Nothing within a 50 mile radius of me now.
Our BBC local news were all over the domestic LPG supply shortage a couple of weeks ago, but have gone quiet now.

Well done OB cracking job there. I know where to send mine if I have problems 😂 Welcome rhyl46

Nothing but kid glove treatment for our rare collectables Rob :)

Welcome Nick. Which part of the country are you from? Is your chosen forum name a clue?
If you need any advice when you get round to doing your headlight, just ask.
I'm expert at removing them without causing any damage- here's one I repaired that had a small stone chip

Going to give us a link or a hint about what you've found?

Perhaps it's frozen with all that newly icy air? :)
Tried driving it with the "Force" in Nano?
