Well.....

My Valve pack driver has a crack in the resin, quite a bad looking one too...

I wonder............

Oh,..

Radio doesn't work anyway due to the DSP MIA..

Left hand kick panel..

Both plugs behind there have some green bits!

Wonder if this has anything to do with it.

Tempted to just lop the wires off that are green and splice them together..

Weird it is only 1 wire per block.

One wire is white with a black tracer, god knows what that ones does!!!

Any tyre puncture goop in the tyres?

Would love to show that picture to a load of loons on Landyzone! ;)

Great work!

Mine will be reliable .

One day.................................

Cheers Marty and Gordon..

I'll look into the driver pack!

125nm is defo a typo!

I have exactly the same ones and just did them up "tight"

You can slip a spanner on the flats it took me half an hour just fiddling with my 16mm!

Need to get mine running on LPG it started to cut out under hard acceleration, it now won't switch..

I'm 80% sure its the solenoid thingy on the reducer.

Looks like great work

Getting to be a regular occurence!

Bumpstops again!

This time with a different fault.

Any ideas.

It'll pass

Great progress!

Loving how clean it is under there!

You mentioned "after filling with fuel" it wouldn't crank, a failing cps is far more likely to play up when hot..

Try giving it a spray with some freeze spray and try again..

More driving done, and the compressor is barely warm.

It also rose from access mode in around 6 seconds which i'm pleased with!

Happy!

I feather mine at 70 and beyond "ahem"

No need to mash it..

A DSE however needs a fair bit of pedal to maintain a set speed.

No idea on the Hp of the M57.

Thanks Richard

Yep my bumpstops have seen better days!

Parked mine up yesterday in access just to test the EAS system..

One thing I noticed is the ground isn't level, however the bag seems to have dropped and the bellow is actually below the piston bottom..

If that makes sense here is a pic!

She's on the bumps on the front I think due to the ground being very uneven..

the rears are good..

That look normal?

Yep washers on fitted the right way, the new unit is silent..

My new dunlop pump sounded like a cement mixer!

Just taken it for a drive locked in Motorway mode, and it was barely warm after a 60mi drive..

So i'm happy with that!
