The fuel pump is an internal pump, so I’m afraid it’s a call to Atlantic British to get the correct one, it’s not to bad dropping the tank down to do them, just look at some of the videos online.

Front ones I used a bearing race 30306 I think, 12mm studding and plates/washers to push them through the arm, a lot cheaper than the tool and a press, if your local garage has a press they could push them in for you,, get new bolts as well, there normally seized in and need cutting out.
If you have a business, I believe it’s the jaguar tool site, tool is £60, so cheaper than normally..

The fact it was running, still cranks, I’d go for CPS or as mentioned fuel side of things, if the fuel light is on it will take 15 Ltr s to confirm it’s not fuel level low, especially if on any incline.

There’s one side, £14.95 I’m sure a bit more searching I’d find the other ( they are different I think)

Do you mean the one that is held to its wire by "claws" ?
Yes, that’s the one

Just a quick one,was changing alternator over, the small captive nut on the back, wasn’t very captive, and disappeared into the abyss, anyone know what thread mm wise it is, I’m thinking 5 but I might be wrong

Following this re putting the jack socket in, somewhere I printed off how and where to wire it to, I believe it was the tape deck wiring, ( I don’t even own a cassette these days) I thought it was for the later alpine unit, time to go digging, especially as I bought the jack socket about a year ago, lol

The plate is a show plate, no name, no country, not legal on the road now, another thing they’ve gone crazy on, lol

Just purchased a genuine dog guard for a bargain price of 25 quid, does anyone have one fitted, I’m trying to work out where the brackets bolt to before I end up throwing it 😡🤬.
Any pics would be welcomed

If anyone can sort it, it’s you, I wouldn’t hesitate at buying a p38 from you, cos I know it would be 100% spot on, I’d say have some pipe spare, just in case, otherwise the only other thing I can think of is the valve block, anyone near you with a test rig ? Just to give you piece of mind on drive pack etc

Why is it , it’s only England that seems to have electric vehicles shoved down our throat at every opportunity, I used to do 1000 miles plus a week, and I’m sure there’s people here that do the same, I think an electric van/car wouldn’t last to long with that sort of hammering before it was going to need expensive parts replaced, I’m wondering what the actual running costs upto date would be on one with 150k on the clock,, what’s next, milk float racing, lol

Wondered why you was so quiet, 15 pints of Guinness and your not able to talk, lol

Again Chris? You definitely need to stay in your P38 more

I’m thinking about buying a sumo suit, at least that way I’ll bounce, lol

Read the thread wrong and nearly choked, thought it said bags to coils, lol,, directly I saw who posted I knew I’d read it wrong,, excuse,, in pain at the minute, went ass over tit this morning when out with the dog, both wrists feel like I’ve broke them ( I haven’t)

ebay seller called supeedghost, supplied in 3-4 days. Decent price £135, but it takes a bit of persuasion to get in the mounts (alloy top mounts a few mm too narrow, but can carefully be spread open), bottom hose neck angled too sharply upwards ( i think) and so v hard to mount the bottom hose. Top mount welding cd have been better, too. Drain plug is non-standard thread (but plug supplied). I got it because I couldn't find the Direnza one either. It works, just takes an hour more faff than it wd have done otherwise. If you use him as a Plan B shd Direnza not come through then it cd be worth checking supeedghost still has stock, I think there was a message saying "last one" when I bought, and now the listing price is £999 !!

When they put £999 it normally means there out of stock,, would be hilarious if someone did actually pay that much

Are you bleeding as per rave, the ones on the side of modulator first

Page 4 on members list, click his name, then topics, you should find what your after

Something else I’m sure will fail on mine , it’s gone into sulk mode after 2 yrs of being reliable, now it’s in, your be lucky mode 😂🤣😂.

I can’t remember off hand, I always push them in by hand, then put a socket on and give a tap to make sure there home, it could vary by make, you don’t know if there made to spec unless it’s LR part,, if it’s sealed I’d be happy with it.
