So your next job is to get it off those bloody springs and back onto air??

Where’s the like button, lol,, 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Mark, the noise you describe could also be the EAS compressor, sometimes people put the washers on the mounts the wrong way, re brakes, as yours is a 2000 you’ve got the updated system, the accumulator is an easy change, also easy to check, put an air line on the valve, when you take it off should just be a phhhf, basically it’s a bladder full of nitrogen inside the sphere, if it’s no good your hear a lot of air coming out from the split bladder.

If your getting the 3 amigos then get the nanocom on it,

Why the hell was I thinking steering damper, lol, it’s got to be the radius arm bushes allowing the axle to twist,,

It’s hard to put a price, ive seen so many go at stupid money ( low price ) and the following week it’s back on line, last time I went down copart I walked out, the prices were stupidly high, the Eastern European’s were paying well over the odds, knowing that if they break in there country there worth treble what they are here..

I’ve never seen lpg forum, just talk about it being added.

I don't know about Marty's availability but if anyone can handle the trek to Yorkshire... we could host some driveway maintenance shenanigans outside my house. The garage is full of crap but there's power, light and my neighbour is a total petrol head so he won't mind.

What tools would we need?

Would this be enough of an excuse to buy a baby compressor? :)

If it happens at yours, I’ll bring you a baby compressor (25 Ltr) , it’s just sitting doing nothing.

the axle will move if the radius bushes are worn, sounds like the problem to me, I’m gonna get under mine in a minute and see how far away my steering damper is, only other thing otherwise is engine mounts ?

I wouldn’t remove it, find out why it’s hitting, I’m trying to work out why it would hit ?...

Pity you didn’t have time to flat it , would of saved you even more. Looking forward to seeing it all done.

Once your up for doing them, I’ll happily bung you some dollars to put new in mine, It’s got crap poly bushes at the minute.

There’s no reason that poly bushes don’t work, just a lot more money than original bushes.
Don’t even look at britpart kits. We’re fitted to parts of mine, panard arm ect, lasted 6 months,,

Mine was having fits of pulling left or right, a short sharp jerk of the wheel normally sorted it, ive narrowed it down to radius arm bushes

The gear knobs are still expensive now 20yrs on, I paid £150 for mine, hand brake sleeve will be about the same, there are supposedly OEM ones for sale cheaper, but there a different colour.

Damn, I’m gonna have to clean mine now,, wish I’d hadn’t looked at pics, lol

I bought hi flow cats ( as new ) in stainless with rest of system in stainless from east coast for £160-180, can’t remember which, sounds like something for the off roaders in your club.

I bought a generic sensor off eBay, right plug ect, when I plugged in nano, it was doing nada,, turns out it was a gems one, if yours is a Thor one it won’t work in a gems.

normally with the Bosch system, it does sync when you try to start, press remote and off you go, the wiring thread is somewhere on the site, basically pop the door panel, unplug latch, green/red, blue/red need to both be splashed to ground, but I’m not sure if it will work with resync ..
Found the post I was looking for

Marty is your man for this, he can test and see what’s happening.

Hmmmm, white screen of death is never good, if the dsp amp had gone then it normally does mute the volume, so you might be lucky and it’s just the driver
