I imagine they were using up parts when they got to the 2001-2002 production, so the trim (and maybe even the badging) is a sort of lucky dip depending on what they had left in the bins.
The May 02 one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/262690497784 doesn't even have fog lights!
But you were a brave little soldier and didn't cry :-)
Anyway, it gave you the excuse you were looking for to shave your leg...

I still have a scar on my leg! Bastard thing.
I'm up for it Marty. Got a diesel powered space heater to banish some of the winter chill as well.
There's a vague (very) chance that I might have my new workshop operational by Feb, which, if I can follow my design, should fit 3 P38s with enough hard standing outside for a few more.
As I haven't even started the groundworks yet, I don't think we can count on it though, so a bleak Salisbury Plain seems like the best choice!
Ta Morat- added that to my watch list 5 mins ago! Wonder what the puddle under the front is? Looks tidy in the pics. No lpg though.
Watch yourself with the wet vac on the carpets. The BECM under the seat really doesn't like getting wet, the various connectors aren't too fond either!
Starting to clean up outside nicely.
Build my new workshop?
No idea what P38 jobs as have no idea what pile of problems I'll end up with yet, but I'm up for Winter Camp anyway...
Guessing he will Shep. That's the urgency!
Tony- I can live with a few replaceables, as long as it drives home without imploding, but a good spot though. Missed that.
So, is it worth jumping on a flight up to Newcastle to look at? It's my perfect colour, last of the line, low miles, lpg, as high fit out as you can get but-
looks like damage to OSF bumper, who knows what's hidden under those carpet protectors, nasty tyres and probably mismatched spare.
I'm in a quandary- £258 (flights, hotel, cabs) to have a look at a car?
Or wait for one to come up further south?
If I don't jump now, it'll go, if it's as it's described
and, if I go for it, it'll probably blow both head gaskets, throw at least one EAS terminal fault, and the ultra cheapy tyres will fall off on the 350 mile drive home
OK, so that one didn't work out!
This one looks interesting:

Shame about the bloody awful pictures and the fact it's so far away.
It is the right colour and spec though
Don't forget Morat, if you get the lines made in Kunifer, it polishes up beautifully.
Shiny, shiny!
I'm getting quite a few 502's when moving around in the site. Is it just me, or......?
Google Translate did a pretty good job. I think the payload was probably in the hyperlinks embedded in the post.
My sandbox PC isn't up at the moment so I didn't drill deeper though
A partridge in a pear tree?
You developing a stutter Morat?
I've got a CD somewhere. I'll try to hunt it down...
PM me your FTP location and password. If I can't find the CD I'll copy it direct from my Laptop...
EDIT:
Found the .iso and the bits required to "modify" it
Awaiting ftp details...
Surprised you're still around to tell the tale Dave if you've used Potassium Hydroxide on aluminium!
You get a fairly lively reaction!

Not wanting to scratch parts up (with the parts/pistons out) I have used Oven Cleaner of the nasty Potassium Hydroxide paste type with success; Soak/scrub off ! (Don't tell the missus just what you are doing though as she will then just point you at the oven next...)
Invite away, but...
there is a strict dress code- smart casual and no trainers
:-)
Been following the story with bated breath. Glad you sorted it :-)
Looks tidy outside, but it's a 4.0. I'm after a 4.6 Vogue pref lpg.
Thanks for the tip though. Keep em coming!

a cheap one on ebay
Don't forget, they only go as fast as the Relay truck they're parked on the back of. It's a great leveller

It'll go a damned site quicker than ours mind you!
