Nano evolution
£446 without vat number
£328 with vat number.
obviously there's a big difference if your not vat registered, also remember this is for either gems or Thor, not both, you'd have to purchase the relevant software as well, not that expensive.
I don't mind buying under my vat number, but need to clarify that still get a discount.
5-9 kits gets 5% off, 10-14 10% off, 15-19 15% off, 20 plus gets 20% off.
So if we can get 10 ordered there just under 300 quid each

I've seen lots of posts complaining about these kits, luckily never had to use one. I would be tempted to hit the breakers yard and try grab some original parts regardless of age

I've refurbed 5-6 and never come across an original under the brass ring. At least if I do another and find an o ring I know it's not a bodge, thanks guys

Re nano, there wasn't enough to get the discount, most on here already have one

Wow, I know a guy who paid 600 for a custom made system, is there not any custom exhaust fabricators within a few hundred miles rather than a few thousand

I think it's the language barrier, lol

I found one in London, 52p a ltr, but each visit you get a penny a ltr off upto 10p a ltr, when your saving between 15-25 quid on a fill up. Makes a difference 😊

52 a litre,, the bastards round here charge at least 10-15p more,, I wait till I hit London to get mine..

id go down the local electrical wholesaler and pick up a tab, as as Gilbertd say, solder it on, a pair of mole grips would crush it on otherwise..

The other fault is the washer bottle builds up with a gel like substance from washer fluid, my rear pump was gummed up with that, pulled the pump out ( got wet ) cleared the gunk away and hey presto, it works again after a year of no rear washer.

Is there not any auto electricians near you that could redo your starter, I’m of the opinion I’d rather have a genuine starter/ alternator, than the cheap Chinese rubbish flooding the market,, as Gilbert said, most probably just brushes are gone, my alternator cost me a fiver for the brushes.

I’m actually amazed it still works, ive had a few with a phone system, I’ve always just ripped them out. My one now has a roof Aerial from a phone system, I’m going to use the hole to fit a better radio aerial..

That would do it Chris, but on the other hand, a phone that only works when the ignition is on might be a bit frustrating.

Looking at the spec, the Nokia 6090 whomps out 8 watts which is enough to saturate a receiver next to it

This kind of stuff is Gilbertd's area of expertise. Maybe he'll have some ideas, when he stops to take a breather on his latest road trip.

My looking at it is, if I’m not in the car , it might as well be turned off, coz I’m not gonna answer, lol

Might look good sitting at access height, but with my wheels I’d grind the wing away if I tried to drive, lol, I think a lot when low profile tyres are fitted is an optical illusion. I look at getting my clenched fist between tyre and arch as standard

send me your address again and I’ll pop one in the post, pick your colour, yellow or black,,

Found the 3 stage cleaner, polish, wax , I bought when I first got the car, used the cleaner and it has brought the trim up pretty good, will polish and wax when it isn’t raining. Certainly looking better 😁

Cheers mark, lacquer is just tired, so hopefully it will polish up ok, I’ll order the set I’ve seen on the bay, 2 levels of compound and polish,, should of done them a while back, but more interested in getting it running nice before cosmetics,,

Looking for what to use to clean the walnut trim back to something shiny, I’ve seen 3 stage cleaners/ polishes on eBay, has anyone used them ?

I’ve got nothing that’s branded, just 8mm leads, around the 25 quid mark if I remember correctly, no problem 3 yrs in,,
