last resort would be to find some that nearly fit and file them down . very soft and easy to do . i usually rub them down on a piece of emery paper.like sharpening a pencil.

those liner plug clip things are called quick rivets for ordering purposes.

i did read somewhere that you can move the motor forward enough to do the flex plate without removing all together, i have not done this ?

apparently it is legal to eat roadkill in australia now but they don't explain what to do with the pushbike.

On the P38 you could well be over tightening them, the correct setting is only 80lb/ft
and they are still to tight for a 1/2'' drive socket
when you have been doing this stuff for that long you just know how tight somethings should be?

why the heavy viscosity oil 10w 60? any reason? its not a problem just asking.

i have axle nuts on VW hubs 300 ft lb, i don't own a tension wrench for that i just use an extension bar on the strongarm . you will need a 3/4'' drive at least as i have damaged 2 1/2'' drive ratchets on the axle nuts on the rover. a 4' bar will do the trick IMHO

mostly castrol products . our machine shop told me that there is better oils, as a comment one day , i have handed him 2 cranks to measure up for machining to have him hand them back with the comment , that's a sign of good oil for you.

Woops

this all sounds a little familiar except its a bosch not a gems . fuel pressure is good at 50psi . the maf sensor controls your injection rate and the only fault i got was an o2 sensor high reading. you may have to make a lead to pin test the maf . good luck with it .

i don't have EAS but my general rule is, use it or loose it . most things don't wear out they age and deteriorate especially rubber components

dose the wobble appear after you hit a bump? (wheel shimming) your pistons would be the problem more than the pins . pins center the caliper, the pistons move in and out to give the disc clearance. a dragging brake would only pull on the steering wheel not cause a wobble . is it slight or violent wobble.

yes i did , they have bosch ones only on the web site , i have not rang them but i will do .i do have a maf on loan at present , thanks for the offer David. i was going to buy a cheap chinese one but i think il go second hand if i can find one

yes thursday my time (AEDT)we have had this argument and i lost . your wednesday is our thursday, thats thursday at 6.30am ish, just before your bed time :)

i could do thursday if any interest

whats it for , the axle nut?
if you are going to use a bar, it doesn't matter , it dose look meaty enough thou.

ok i am looking for another maf not an easy find at moment will keep looking, if anyone comes across one please let me know thanks.

don't use basic 12 sided sockets on impact drivers you will damage or split them, impact sockets are made of different stuff.
if the socket they sent you is black cr v and thicker than usual it might be ok , all my impact sockets are 6 sided from memory and a lot heavier than a standard socket.

welcome ;)
